On the 'Brand' topic, it will certainly become the driving factor in time. Decision making will ultimately focus on finite detail of brand alignment, all in order to offer the occupier a perfect partnership.
For now, it's probably still down to identifies like B-Corp status, BREAM, Sustainable ethics, the Vibe of the space (corporate, relaxed, funky) and level of finish etc...Price, location, general amenity still appear to still be king.
