Love this! Coming from a hospitality and revenue management background, I can’t help but see the parallels between hotels and coworking, particularly in the areas of pricing and inventory. Just like hotel rooms, every desk, meeting room, and office is perishable inventory. Once that hour or day passes, the revenue opportunity is gone forever.

I'm impressed by how Heather’s team is proactively adjusting and flexing pricing based on demand, even if it is done manually for now. That kind of dynamic approach can drive meaningful gains in both revenue and utilization. We've seen improvements of around 30%+ by aligning pricing more closely with demand through our AI-powered pricing engine.

Many operators are still early in this journey, often relying on static rates, so it's encouraging to see more teams embracing this kind of innovation.
